TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the delivery of electrical supplies for use by the contracting authority during the contract period from 7 December 2026 to 28 February 2030. The procurement covers electrical supplies required for the maintenance of properties, maintenance and repairs, and investment projects, such as lighting fixtures, cables, switches, sockets, distribution boards, protective devices, and other products related to electrical installations. The required product groups and the requirements relating to them are defined in more detail in the annexes to the tender request. The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 5,997,000. Senate Properties will carry out the procurement in cooperation with other operators belonging to the same group. In the joint procurement, Senate Properties is responsible for the practical implementation of the procurement process, the procurement decision, and the making of the contracts. A framework agreement will be established in the procurement, under which all tenderers that meet all suitability requirements will be accepted.
