TENDER DESCRIPTION

Heinolan Tilapalvelut Oy requests a tender for electrical supplies for framework agreements to be concluded on the basis of the tenders. The contract period is a fixed term of two (2) years. The contract period may be extended by one (1) option year by mutual agreement. The subject matter of the procurement is the acquisition of various electrical supplies for the needs of the City of Heinola and its group companies. The contracting authority does not commit to procurement quantities. The contracting authority does not set framework agreement partners in order of priority; purchases may be made from only the contracting supplier. The contracting authority will enter into a framework agreement with no more than five (5) tenderers.
