TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority’s objective is to procure new remote metering devices for electrical energy that meet the requirements of legislation, are of high quality, cost-effective, and respond to the evolving needs of the electricity markets, and a metering data remote reading enablement service as a MaaS service (“Metering as a Service”). The scope and content of the procurement, as well as the related technical, functional and commercial specifications, are described in more detail in the annexes to the request for tenders.
