TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä’s sports services will tender a framework agreement for freezing outdoor ice rinks and maintaining the ice by spraying it with a watering truck. The service provider delivers the watering truck with its drivers by order and carries out the rink spraying in accordance with the contracting authority’s instructions. The service provider is responsible for collecting the water from a water intake point determined by the service provider. A more detailed description of the procurement is attached. Three (3) suppliers are selected for the framework agreement. The suppliers are ranked in priority order based on the comparison of tenders. The framework agreement is described in more detail in the contract and in the description of the subject matter of the procurement. The contract period begins in the winter season of 2026 and the contracting authority has the option to use option years up to the winter seasons 2030–2031. The exact dates will be specified upon the legally valid procurement decision.
