Finnvedsbostäder AB invites tenders for a contract for security services. Värnamo Municipality is the party that only administers and advertises the procurement for Finnvedsbostäder AB. The assignment includes security services ordered on an ongoing basis within the Contracting Authority’s property portfolio. The assignment primarily concerns service, fault diagnosis, repair, replacement, programming, commissioning, access authorization administration and maintenance of: • Mechanical locking systems • iLOQ and other digital locking systems • Access control systems • Door entry phone systems • Laundry booking systems • Fire alarm systems • Evacuation alarm systems The work includes both planned and unplanned maintenance. The assignment also includes delivery of materials, products, components, licences and subscriptions required for the performance of the assignment. Estimated value of the procurement: SEK 12 million Maximum value of the procurement (ceiling volume): SEK 15 million No specific volume is guaranteed.
