TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lantmäteriet carries out real estate valuations within the scope of land surveying and conveyancing matters. The valuations form the basis for assessments and decisions in matters concerning compensation and require specific professional expertise in real estate valuation. The assignments usually involve assessing market value or another reduction in market value according to established valuation methods. Lantmäteriet has its own competence in real estate valuation, but in addition there is a recurring need for external expert competence. The purpose of this procurement is to ensure access to such competence during the term of the Framework Agreement. In some cases, Lantmäteriet may also meet the need in real estate valuation through cooperation with other authorities. Such assignments are not covered by the Framework Agreement. Lantmäteriet also has a need for resources for the inventory of forest land. Lantmäteriet’s purchase of services corresponding to the services covered by the procurement amounted during 2025 to approximately SEK 17 M excluding VAT.
