TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) requests a tender for the total solution required to implement Sacral neuromodulation therapy. Sacral neuromodulation (SNM) is used to treat fecal incontinence, urinary incontinence due to overactive bladder, and non-obstructive urinary retention in adult patients. The total solution required to implement Sacral neuromodulation therapy includes patient electrode cables, a sacral nerve stimulator, patient-specific installation accessories, and a patient controller that allows the patient to adjust treatment settings, as well as the software and programming device of the treating unit, with which a healthcare professional can program the neuromodulator, monitor treatment, and make the necessary changes to settings. The procurement is not divided into lots because the procurement concerns the overall solution required for delivering the treatment, which the supplier must be able to provide in its entirety.
