TENDER DESCRIPTION

The North Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) requests a tender for the complete set of items required to implement Sacral neuromodulation therapy. Sacral neuromodulation (SNM) is used in the treatment of adult patients for faecal incontinence, urinary incontinence caused by overactive bladder, and non-obstructive urinary retention. The complete set required to implement sacral neuromodulation therapy includes patient lead cables, a sacral nerve stimulator, patient-specific installation accessories, and a patient controller, by means of which the patient adjusts the treatment settings, as well as the software and programming device of the treating unit, by means of which a healthcare professional can program the neuromodulator, monitor the treatment and make the required changes to the settings. The procurement has not been divided into lots because the procurement concerns the complete set required for implementing the treatment, which the supplier must be able to provide in its entirety.
