TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns "Sale of the Joint Kitchen with supply contracts", and is carried out by Lolland Municipality on behalf of: Region Sjælland, Guldborgsund Municipality and Lolland Municipality. The three public contracting authorities are hereinafter jointly referred to as the Owners. The private participants in the tender are hereinafter referred to as the Tenderer or the Supplier. The Owners have politically decided on the sale of the Joint Kitchen, Granitvej 1, 4990 Sakskøbing. The purchaser of the Joint Kitchen takes over the forward-looking food supply deliveries to the Owners under three individual contracts. The Joint Kitchen is currently operated as an I/S with the Region and both municipalities as owners. In future, the Joint Kitchen is intended to be owned and operated by a private operator. The Joint Kitchen is organised as an independent unit with a appointed managing director and 74 FTEs distributed across 90 employees.
