TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 5 units of electric passenger cars with a body type of an estate or an SUV. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered electric vehicles be brand new and that their country of origin be a Member State of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) or a country that is a signatory to the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) or another bilateral free trade agreement with the EU covering the public procurement market. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow the offer of vehicles whose country of origin—within the meaning of Article 60 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the Union Customs Code—are third countries that are not signatories to the GPA Agreement or other similar international agreements ensuring reciprocal market access for public procurement in the EU, regardless of the location of the plant where the vehicle was physically assembled.
