TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of the technological equipment of the kitchen, the catering support area and a separate food serving outlet for the catering operation, including ensuring hygienic requirements and continuity with the production and sales part of the operation. The scope of the contract includes installation and connection of the equipment to engineering networks, commissioning, demonstration of functionality and training of the operator. The technological part of the project addresses the layout arrangement and technological equipment of the kitchen, the catering support area and a separate food serving outlet for the clients of the residential home for social services (hereinafter “DSS”) catering operation in connection with the production and sales part of the operation, so that high hygienic requirements for the catering operation of this facility are ensured. The sales areas are designed indoors so as to ensure a higher standard of interior furnishings and conditions are created for providing catering services at a standard level.
