TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is works for the renovation of the roof of the building of the 3rd Primary School in Varaždin, Trg Ivana Perkovca 35, 42000 Varaždin. The scope consists of a complete renovation of the roof covering and the associated roof elements on pitched roof surfaces of the planned area of 687 m², including the installation of a ventilated roof system and the installation of a covering made of biber tiles. All works are carried out in accordance with the descriptions of the individual items in the bill of quantities, the general conditions and the general technical conditions that form an integral part of the bill of quantities, the rules of the profession, and the instructions of the material manufacturers, until full functional capability is achieved. Unit prices must include all work, material, transport, working and protective scaffolding, waste disposal in the prescribed manner, and all preparatory and finishing works.
