TENDER DESCRIPTION

Works on the rehabilitation of the coastal wall and landscaping of the Jaz area within the coastal area of scope 4a in the port of Malinska. The planned intervention, rehabilitation of the coastal wall and landscaping of the Jaz area in zone OB4a, is located at: parc. 8210, parc. 8212/4, parc. 8233/1 and parc. 8246, all K.O. Malinska – Dubašnica. The technical specification requirements of the subject of procurement, its type, quality and quantity are stated in full in the accompanying bill of quantities. For all works, the applicable technical regulations, construction standards shall be applied, and the material used which the contractor supplies and installs must comply with positive Croatian standards or equivalent standards. The contractor is obliged to carry out the works in accordance with the Construction Act (NN 155/25) and the Act on Spatial Planning and Construction Activities (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) and other applicable legal and sub-legal regulations in the field of construction.
