TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public procurement is the remediation of a landslide area in the vicinity of the residential building Krnica 9 in the Municipality of Luče, based on the project design for the execution of works prepared by LAM BIRO gradbeno projektiranje in nadzor d.o.o., structural design plan No. GK 394 – 2025. Stabilisation of the slope on the western side of the building is envisaged using a sheet pile wall. The existing watercourse shall also be arranged. Beneath the building’s slope, in order to provide additional stabilisation of the building itself, an RC (reinforced concrete) beam is also to be constructed on driven steel profiles HEA 200.
