TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public procurement is the remediation of a landslide in the area of the residential building Krnica 9 in the Municipality of Luče on the basis of the implementation design for carrying out the works, prepared by LAM BIRO gradbeno projektiranje in nadzor d.o.o., structural design plan no. GK 394 – 2025. Stabilisation of the embankment on the west side of the building is planned using a sheet-pile wall. The existing watercourse shall also be regulated. Beneath the building’s embankment, for additional stabilisation of the building itself, an RC (reinforced concrete) beam (AB greda) shall also be constructed on driven steel profiles HEA 200.
