TENDER DESCRIPTION
The General Administration of the Max Planck Institute in Munich is to be comprehensively refurbished during ongoing operations. The scope of services listed in the specifications comprises services for heating supply systems. This includes the complete replacement of the General Administration’s heating plant excluding the district heating transfer station. This will remain as in the existing condition. The rest will be completely replaced. Within the heating plant, it will then be connected to the existing system. The work can only begin in the 3rd construction phase, since otherwise the impact on the user would be too great. As the building will remain in use throughout the entire work, all activities must therefore be carried out with the utmost care and with maximum protection for the existing building and the existing systems. To implement this, the construction project is carried out in several construction phases. Attention: This invitation to tender includes maintenance services. Execution deadlines: Work is to begin within 12 working days after receipt of the contracting authority’s (AG) request (§5 Abs. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B). The request will likely be sent to you…
