Brief description The construction works being tendered involve the painting works and coatings for the construction measure to renovate and build a school building of the Geschwister Scholl School in Offenbach, specifically for the renovation of the subject-classroom wing (building component B/C). Proposed publication text: - approx. 1,120 m² skim coating (spackling) of walls, plaster surfaces and plasterboard surfaces (GK surfaces) - approx. 2,920 m² wallpapering of walls, glass-fibre wallpaper 130 g, smooth - approx. 2,920 m² dispersion paint coat on walls, wet-scrub resistance class 2 - approx. 540 m² dispersion paint coat on walls, wet-scrub resistance class 3 - approx. 530 m² dispersion paint coat on ceilings, wet-scrub resistance class 2 - approx. 310 m² dispersion paint coat on ceilings, wet-scrub resistance class 3 - approx. 58 pcs. painting of steel door frames, in various sizes - approx. 9 pcs. painting of existing steel door frames, in various sizes - approx. 54 m² painting of existing steel doors and gates, all sizes occurring - approx. 40 m painting of existing stair railings, in different designs
