TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract to be awarded, VE 323 Schreiner (fittings/fixtures), comprises interior fit-out services for a total area of approx. 2,500 m², distributed over five storeys. The contract includes the following services: - joinery work / carpentry work; - curtain installation; - tiling work (wall tiles); - supply and installation of decorative lighting. Detailed scope of services: 1 reception area, lobby, waiting area; 1 events area; 11 market places including pantries; 1 event kitchen; 1 executive kitchenette; 1 casino – canteen; 1 coworking area. Defining installations/fittings include: reception counters, fixed and mobile room dividers, seating furniture, wall coverings, stage platform substructures, coffee bar, hospitality installations, baffled ceilings, pantries, partition/furniture installations including seating niches, electrically controlled curtains, curtain room dividers. The services are to be performed in the period from 26.07.2027 - 03.12.2027.
