TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract to be awarded, VE 323 Schreiner (fit-out works), comprises interior fit-out services over a total area of approximately 2,500 m², distributed across five storeys. The contract includes the following services: - Joinery/woodworking works; - Curtain works; - Tiling works (wall tiles); - Delivery and installation of decorative lighting. Detailed scope of services: 1 reception area, lobby, waiting area; 1 event area; 11 market areas including pantries; 1 event kitchen; 1 boardroom kitchen; 1 casino - canteen, 1 coworking area. Defining installations include: reception counters, fixed and mobile room dividers, seating furniture, wall coverings, stage platforms, coffee bar, hospitality fit-outs, baffled ceiling panels, pantries, partition wall installations including seating alcoves, electrically controlled curtains, curtain room dividers. The services are to be carried out in the period from 26.07.2027 - 03.12.2027.
