TENDER DESCRIPTION

A comprehensive renovation of the sanitary facilities is aimed for. No existing installations remain in the building distribution. Only the locations of the WC cores in the building center remain preserved through the renovation, as well as the room of the drinking water central station. Fundamentally, the supply can be divided into three types: drinking water distribution, rainwater distribution from a collection cistern for use in WC and urinal systems, and hot water distribution including circulation for hot water supply to the sanitary areas on the ground floor and the kitchen/canteen. Further dispensing points are consistently heated decentrally. After the house connection installation, which exists in the building and is supplied by the Wuppertal public utilities, the drinking water is distributed from east to west through the ground floor of the building to the six main WC cores. In parallel, the rainwater collected in the cistern is distributed via a central unit in the sanitary technical area on the ground floor through the building to the systems.
