TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project aims for a comprehensive renovation of the heat supply and air conditioning. No existing systems remain in the building distribution for this purpose. The entire heating supply is provided via a district heating connection from Stadtwerke Wuppertal. This is converted to the building parameters via a district heating transfer station and distributed in the heating and cooling center in the northern part of the ground floor via two heating distributors. These are divided into one distributor with outlets for ventilation units East and West, radiators, and domestic hot water preparation including reserve. The other distributor is preceded by a separation heat exchanger for protection, as its distribution operates in a 4-pipe system. In addition to the radiators, which heat all WC areas, staircases and ancillary rooms, all office, meeting and recreational units, as well as the special event and canteen areas, are supplied with heating and cooling via free-hanging ceiling panels.
