TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project aims for a comprehensive renovation of the existing ventilation systems. No existing installations will remain in the building distribution. The entire ventilation supply will be implemented via HVAC units on the roof. A total air volume of approximately 165,000 m³/h will be realized, divided over 14 systems. These are arranged so that each supplies an office wing including adjacent areas on the ground floor across all floors (12 units, galvanized system). Additionally, one unit is planned for the event room and one stainless steel unit for the canteen/kitchen. Each unit features a crossflow heat exchanger, air heater (fed via heating distribution), and air cooler designed with direct cooling including direct evaporator, compressor, and condenser. Base design equals 200 mm with positioning on steel pedestals/steel beams. The refrigerant used is R513 A. The distribution of supply and exhaust air ducts is routed via the roof into 12 technical shafts per floor, which are arranged on the left and right sides next to the staircases.
