TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project aims for a comprehensive refurbishment of the electrical systems (construction group 440), communication, security and information technology systems (construction group 450), as well as building and room automation (construction group 480). This includes, under construction group 440, the installation of an air-insulated medium voltage system (10kV) including 2 transformers (1,250kVA) as well as provisions for possible future expansions, a main low-voltage distribution board, the complete low-voltage installation systems, lighting systems as well as lightning protection and grounding systems. Under construction group 450, a new in-house mobile radio system, a nurse call system, the BOS (authorities and organizations with security tasks) building radio system, the fire alarm system, and the transmission networks will be newly installed. Under construction group 480, the room automation will be newly established including the building control technology.
