TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Staatliche weiterführende Schulen in Unterschleißheim intends to carry out the phased renovation and restructuring of parts of the Carl-Orff-Gymnasium in Unterschleißheim. The open learning areas covered by the existing building permit comprise a total area of up to 400 m². However, as part of the further project preparation, it was determined that, in addition, there is a need for renovation in adjacent teaching areas, corridors, circulation/access areas and ancillary areas. In addition, the required fire-protection technical and building-services technical adaptations must be taken into account. Based on the current state of knowledge, therefore, a total renovation area of approximately 800 to 1,000 m² is assumed. The final delimitation and determination of the renovation area, as well as the specification of the scope of measures, are to be carried out as part of the preliminary and design planning.
