TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Staatliche weiterführende Schulen in Unterschleißheim intends to carry out the phased refurbishment and restructuring of parts of the Carl-Orff-Gymnasium in Unterschleißheim. The open-plan learning areas covered by the existing building permit have a total area of up to 400 m². However, during further project preparation it has been determined that there is a need for refurbishment in adjacent teaching areas, corridors, service areas and ancillary areas as well. In addition, the necessary fire protection-related and building services-related adjustments must be taken into account. Based on the current state of knowledge, it is therefore assumed that a total refurbishment area of approximately 800 to 1,000 m² will be affected. The final delimitation and determination of the refurbishment area, as well as the specification of the scope of measures, are to be carried out within the framework of the preliminary design and design planning.
