TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the site of the "Old Sewage Treatment Plant Pößneck" there is an officially determined requirement for remediation. The need for remediation results from contamination of the sewage sludge stored in basins and/or the organic-rich screening waste from the 50-year operation of the "Old Sewage Treatment Plant Pößneck", in particular with chromium and hydrocarbons. The planning produced a remediation variant for safe transfer and on-site containment of the contaminated masses (containment structure). The planning was submitted to the competent authorities as an updated remediation plan and, on this basis, the legally binding remediation order was issued.
