TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Marktredwitz intends to restore the listed castle walls of Brandner Castle, which is located in the district of Brand. Initially, the securing, repair, and permanent preservation of the historic enclosure and retaining walls are to be planned. The subject of the procurement is therefore general planning services with the service specifications of structural engineering planning (§ 41 of the Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers, 2021 version (HOAI)) and specialist planning for structural analysis (§ 51 HOAI). The present functional performance specification (Annex 802) contains a description of the necessary services for structural engineering planning and structural analysis planning, including technical supervision, preparation and participation in the awarding of construction contracts, as well as technical project monitoring from the client's perspective.
