TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Marktredwitz intends to renovate the listed castle walls of Brand Castle, which is located in the Brand district. Initially, the securing, repair, and permanent preservation of the historic enclosure and retaining walls are to be planned. The subject of the procurement is therefore general planner services with the service profiles of structural engineering planning (§ 41 of the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers 2021 (HOAI)) and specialist planning for structural analysis (§ 51 HOAI). The present functional performance specification (Annex 802) contains a description of the services required for structural engineering planning and specialist planning for structural analysis, including technical support, preparation and participation in the award of construction services, as well as technical monitoring of the object from the client’s perspective.
