TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following services are to be commissioned pursuant to § 34 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10.1 HOAI for the period from LPH 5 to 9. If applicable, name the required subcontractors for the respective subject of the contract informally. The awarding authority reserves the right to request the submission of evidence of eligibility documents at a later time. Pursuant to the contract, the contractor must provide the following services: 1. Basic services: The contractor must provide the service phases 5 to 9 of § 34(3) HOAI. The basic services are to be carried out according to Annex 10.1 HOAI for the service phases listed above, in accordance with § 34(4) and § 35(7). The following services are provided by the contracting authority and are not part of the contract: (omitted) 2.
