TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Bietigheim intends to carry out comprehensive renovation and functional modernization of the community-owned Festhalle in the Stöckwiese area. The Festhalle is a central venue for cultural, social and local association life and, in particular in connection with the annual folk festival, has outstanding significance. In addition, the building is used year-round for a wide range of events and serves in the winter months as a place to store motorhomes. The Festhalle is located on the municipality’s property Flst.-No. 938/4 in Stöckwiese 7, 76467 Bietigheim. The building was erected in 2000 and is not subject to heritage protection. The essential technical trades, in particular the electrical installation, the drinking-water and wastewater installation, and the roof structure including roof waterproofing, also originate from the year of construction 2000.
