TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Bietigheim intends to carry out comprehensive renovation and functional modernisation of the municipality-owned Festhalle in the Stöckwiese. The Festhalle is a central venue for cultural, social and local association life and has in particular outstanding significance in connection with the annually held Volksfest. In addition, the building is used throughout the year for a wide variety of events and in the winter months serves as a storage option for motorhomes. The Festhalle is located on the municipality-owned plot Flst.-No. 938/4 in Stöckwiese 7, 76467 Bietigheim. The building was erected in 2000 and is not subject to heritage protection. The essential trades, in particular the electrical installation, the drinking water and wastewater installation, and the roof structure including roof waterproofing, also date from 2000. The halls are not heated; heating is only available in the ancillary rooms.
