TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Schiltach/Schenkenzell Primary School was built around 50 years ago and has not undergone a fundamental general renovation since its construction. Both the building fabric and the technical building equipment no longer meet today's requirements for energy efficiency, functionality and modern learning environments in essential areas. For this reason, it is planned to comprehensively renovate and prepare the primary school for the future starting from the 2027/2028 school year. A central focus of the measure is the energy upgrading of the building. The aim is to sustainably reduce energy demand, lower operating costs in the long term and significantly reduce CO₂ emissions. In addition to the classical measures to improve the building envelope, structural optimizations will also be implemented, which offer both functional and energetic advantages. So far, only covered outdoor areas on the ground floor will be integrated into the heated building area by an extension of the building envelope.
