TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Schiltach/Schenkenzell primary school was built around 50 years ago and has not undergone any fundamental general renovation since its construction. Both the building fabric and the technical building equipment no longer meet current requirements for energy efficiency, functionality, and modern learning environments in essential areas. For this reason, a comprehensive renovation and future-proof development of the primary school is planned starting from the 2027/2028 school year. A central focus of the measure is the energetic upgrading of the building. The goal is to sustainably reduce energy demand, lower operating costs in the long term, and significantly reduce CO₂ emissions. In addition to the classic measures to improve the building envelope, structural optimizations will also be implemented that offer both functional and energy advantages. For example, exterior areas previously only roofed on the ground floor will be integrated into the heated building area through an expansion of the building envelope.
