TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Schiltach/Schenkenzell primary school was built about 50 years ago and has not undergone any fundamental comprehensive renovation since its construction. Both the structural fabric and the technical building equipment no longer meet the current requirements for energy efficiency, functionality, and modern learning environments in essential areas. For this reason, it is planned to comprehensively renovate and develop the primary school to be future-proof beginning with the 2027/2028 school year. A central focus of the measure is the energetic upgrading of the building. The aim is to sustainably reduce energy demand, lower operating costs in the long term, and significantly reduce CO₂ emissions. In addition to the classical measures to improve the building envelope, structural optimizations will also be implemented that offer both functional and energetic advantages. For example, previously only covered outdoor areas on the ground floor will be integrated into the heated building area through an extension of the building envelope.
