TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Schiltach/Schenkenzell primary school was built about 50 years ago and has not undergone any fundamental general renovation since its construction. Both the structural substance and the technical building equipment no longer meet current requirements for energy efficiency, functionality, and modern learning environments in essential areas. For this reason, it is planned to comprehensively renovate and future-proof the primary school starting from the 2027/2028 school year. A central focus of the measure lies on the energetic upgrading of the building. The goal is to sustainably reduce energy demand, lower operating costs in the long term, and significantly reduce CO₂ emissions. In addition to classic measures to improve the building envelope, structural optimizations will also be implemented that offer both functional and energetic advantages. Covered outdoor areas on the ground floor, which have only existed so far, will be integrated into the heated building area by an extension of the building envelope.
