TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Infrastructure and Project Company Bergisch Gladbach mbH (IPGL), a 100% subsidiary of the City of Bergisch Gladbach, plans to build a technical, training and logistics centre (TALZ) for the Bergisch Gladbach fire brigade on the property Britanniahütte 14-16 in 51469 Bergisch Gladbach. A general planner is being sought. With the purchase of the Britanniahütte site in 2024, the Bergisch Gladbach Fire Brigade (Feuerwehr GL) has the opportunity to bundle various functions at a single location and thus implement a sustainable solution. The Bergisch Gladbach Fire Brigade wants to bring together various functional areas at the Britanniahütte site that have previously been distributed across the entire city. The aim is to optimize the organization of the individual areas, to realize synergy effects and thus to position the Bergisch Gladbach Fire Brigade for the future.
