TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kolping-Schulwerk GmbH intends the comprehensive renovation and future-oriented further development of the Adolph Kolping Education and School Centre at the location Goerdelerstraße 3 in Würzburg-Heuchelhof. The building complex includes the Adolph-Kolping vocational school – Building B, a private vocational school for special-educational support, which has developed into the largest support vocational school with the learning support focus in Lower Franconia. The project also includes the Kolping Education Centre – Building A with accommodation for unaccompanied minors, and in Building C the Kolping Secondary School with a day care facility for special needs education. The institution supports young people with special support needs on their path into training and employment and thus performs an important social and educational-policy task. The subject of the measure is the energy-related, functional and structural renovation of the existing education and school centre with a net floor area of approximately 2,900 m² and a gross volume of approximately 23,000 m³.
