TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kolping-Schulwerk GmbH intends the comprehensive renovation and future-oriented further development of the Adolph Kolping Education and School Centre at the site Goerdelerstraße 3 in Würzburg-Heuchelhof. The building complex comprises the Adolph-Kolping vocational school - Building B, a private vocational school for special-needs education, which has developed into the largest support vocational school with the learning disability support focus in Lower Franconia. The project also includes the Kolping Education Centre - Building A with accommodation for unaccompanied minor foreigners, and in Building C the Kolping Secondary School with an educational therapy day care centre. The facility supports young people with special support needs on their path to training and employment and thus fulfils a significant social and education-policy role. The subject of the measure is the energy, functional and structural renovation of the existing education and school centre with a net floor area of approximately 2,900 m² and a gross volume of approximately 23,000 m³.
