TENDER DESCRIPTION

Kolping-Schulwerk GmbH intends the comprehensive renovation and future-oriented further development of the Adolph Kolping Education and School Centre at the location Goerdelerstraße 3 in Würzburg-Heuchelhof. The building complex comprises the Adolph-Kolping vocational school - Building B, a private vocational school for special-needs education, which has developed into the largest supported vocational school with the learning special-needs focus in Lower Franconia. The project also includes the Kolping Education Centre - Building A with accommodation for unaccompanied minor foreigners, and in Building C the Kolping Secondary School with a daytime facility for special-needs education. The institution supports young people with special support needs on their path into training and employment and thus performs an important social and education-policy task. The subject of the measure is the energy-related, functional and structural renovation of the existing education and school centre with a net floor area of approximately 2,900 m² and a gross volume of approximately 23,000 m³.
