TENDER DESCRIPTION
On the basis of the existing plans, the MarienBad is to be comprehensively renovated and modernised. The individual measures, the spatial demarcation and the planning stage are determined by the approval, architecture, fire protection and specialist planning documents attached as annexes. The main focuses of the interior and execution planning are in particular the renovation and reorganisation of the foyer including the ticketing and back-office areas, the public sanitary facilities, the barrier-free changing, shower and sanitary areas, as well as the changing, shower and WC areas of the bathing level. In addition, the massage area, the administration and staff rooms, the catering facilities, parts of the sauna access, the areas of the activity pool, and the staff areas on the technical level are also the subject of the measure. The planning also includes the structural and interior spatial interfaces for the renewal of the technical building equipment, in particular the heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical, safety and pool technology systems.
