TENDER DESCRIPTION

Based on the planning documents provided, the MarienBad is to be comprehensively renovated and modernized. The individual measures, spatial delineation and the planning status result from the approval, architecture, fire protection and specialist planning documents attached as annexes. The focus of the interior and implementation planning is in particular the renovation and reorganization of the foyer, including the ticket and back-office area, the public sanitary facilities, the barrier-free changing, shower and sanitary areas, as well as the changing, shower and WC areas of the bathing level. In addition, in particular the massage area, the administrative and staff rooms, the gastronomy, parts of the sauna access, the areas of the movement pool as well as the staff areas on the plant/machinery level are the subject of the measure. The planning also includes the structural and interior spatial interfaces for the replacement of the Technical Building Equipment, in particular the heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical, safety and pool technology systems.
