TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Mettnau Beach Pool is a historic outdoor pool on the south shore of the Mettnau peninsula in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, which was opened in 1928 and features a pavilion architecture influenced by classicism. The building originates from the same period with the following main uses: - Cash desk - Changing rooms - WCs - Kitchen with ancillary rooms - Outdoor catering - Manager's apartment Due to structural, technical, and functional deficiencies, the city of Radolfzell intends to renovate, modernize, and partly rebuild the building while preserving its character. After submitting a funding application in October 2026, it is planned to carry out the construction work from September 2027 to May 2028.
