TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Mettnau Beach Bath is a historic outdoor pool on the southern shore of the Mettnau peninsula in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, which was opened in 1928 and features a pavilion architecture characterized by classicism. The building dates from the same period with the following main uses: - Cash desk - Changing rooms - Toilets - Kitchen with ancillary rooms - Outdoor gastronomy - Manager's apartment Due to structural, technical and functional deficiencies, the city of Radolfzell intends to renovate, modernize and partially rebuild the building while preserving its character. After submission of a funding application in October 2026, it is planned to carry out the measure constructionally from September 2027 to May 2028. For this purpose, the following planning services will each be awarded individually via a VgV procedure: - Building and interiors § 34 HOAI - TGA HVAC § 55 HOAI - TGA Electrical § 55 HOAI - TGA Kitchen Planning § 55 HOAI
