TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Mettnau Beach Bath is a historic outdoor pool on the southern shore of the Mettnau peninsula in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, which was opened in 1928 and features a pavilion architecture influenced by classicism. The building dates from the same period with the following main uses: - Cash desk - Changing rooms - Toilets - Kitchen with ancillary rooms - Outdoor gastronomy - Manager's apartment Due to structural, technical, and functional deficiencies, the city of Radolfzell intends to renovate, modernize, and partially rebuild the building while preserving its character. After submitting a funding application in October 2026, it is planned to implement the measure structurally from September 2027 to May 2028. The following planning services will be awarded individually via a VgV procedure: - Building and interiors § 34 HOAI - HVAC H/L/S § 55 HOAI - Electrical HVAC § 55 HOAI - Kitchen planning HVAC § 55 HOAI
