TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Mettnau Beach Bath is a historic outdoor swimming pool on the southern shore of the Mettnau peninsula in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, which was opened in 1928 and features a pavilion architecture influenced by classicism. The building dates from the same period with the following main uses: - Ticket office - Changing rooms - Toilets - Kitchen with ancillary rooms - Outdoor gastronomy - Manager's apartment Due to structural, technical and functional deficiencies, the city of Radolfzell intends to renovate, modernize, and partially convert the building while preserving its character. Following the submission of a funding application in October 2026, it is planned to carry out the construction work from September 2027 to May 2028. For this purpose, the following planning services will be awarded individually through a VgV procedure: - Building and interior spaces § 34 HOAI - HVAC H/L/S § 55 HOAI - Electrical engineering § 55 HOAI - Kitchen planning § 55 HOAI
