Based on an on-site structural condition analysis and a feasibility study, it was determined that both the structural substance and essential parts of the building services installations and the pool water technology have reached the end of their technical and economic service life. The objective of the measure is the long-term securing of the leisure pool site through comprehensive refurbishment while taking into account current technical, energy-related, functional and economic requirements. The subject of the project is the refurbishment of the existing building complex within the existing building stock. An extension option that was also examined in the feasibility study is not part of the present planning assignment.
