TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Old Hanseatic City of Lemgo intends to renovate the small sports hall at Engelbert-Kaempfer-Gymnasium. The sports hall was built in 1977 and has not been energetically renovated since. The hall therefore only has thermal insulation corresponding to the standard at that time, whereby the Thermal Insulation Ordinance of 11.08.1977 was largely not met. The hall's ventilation and air conditioning is without heat recovery. A photovoltaic (PV) system was installed later on the roof by an external operator, which, during the roof renovation—as contractually agreed—is temporarily dismantled free of charge by the operator of the system for the building management of Lemgo. The system is currently not used for self-consumption. The hall is used for school sports and is also available free of charge to civil society clubs. The single sports hall includes a equipment room, two control rooms with WCs and showers, two changing areas for the athletes with WCs and showers, as well as other ancillary areas and an entrance area.
