TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Denkendorf intends to carry out comprehensive renovation of its Freibad (outdoor swimming pool) in order to bring it back up to the latest standard from technical, functional, hygienic and design-related perspectives. For this purpose, an investigation has been commissioned in order to verify the required measures first and to develop a feasibility outlook with regard to a possible time and financial framework. As the municipality of Denkendorf does not have the necessary professional expertise in this field, it has commissioned the office Richter + Rausenberger to prepare the decision-making basis for the next steps. This basis is available, has been included with the tender documents, and does not constitute a pre-emption of further planning.
