TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Denkendorf intends to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of its outdoor swimming pool in order to bring it back up to the latest standard from a technical, functional, hygienic and design perspective. To this end, an investigation has been commissioned in order to be able to verify the required measures initially and to develop a feasibility outlook regarding a possible timeframe as well as the financial framework. Since the municipality of Denkendorf does not have the necessary specialist expertise in this field, it has commissioned the firm Richter + Rausenberger to prepare the decision-making basis for the next steps. These are available, have been attached to the tender documents, and do not constitute a prior commitment to further planning.
