TENDER DESCRIPTION
The municipality of Denkendorf intends to carry out a comprehensive renovation of its outdoor swimming pool in order to bring it, from a technical, functional, hygienic and design perspective, back up to the latest standard. For this purpose, an investigation has been commissioned in order to be able to verify the required measures first and to develop a feasibility outlook with regard to a possible time and financial framework. As the municipality of Denkendorf is not equipped with the necessary expert knowledge in this field, it has commissioned the firm Richter + Rausenberger to prepare the decision bases for the next steps. These are available, are attached to the tender documents, and do not constitute a pre-emption of further planning. They essentially relate to the following subject areas: - Diving pool - Children’s pool - Changing rooms - Sanitary facilities, operational rooms - Technical installations - Treatment of pool water - Heating of pool water - Energy optimisation
